Mark B. Taylor is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Faculty of Law, University of Oslo and Senior Researcher at the Fafo Research Foundation in Oslo.
For two decades, Mark has worked on legal and policy frameworks applicable to conflict and human rights, writing and advising on regulatory responses to economic dimensions of armed conflict and business and human rights.
A former Managing Director of Fafo AIS, he has advised governments, the United Nations and OECD, non-governmental organizations and businesses, and is an active commentator on public policy issues.
